The property is definitely in need of major renovations. rooms are so outdated. the pool looked dirty – how can a resort overlook that? I expected a room upgrade for my ‘special’ occasion, but instead, was met with disappointment. almost gave a good review, but just couldn't with these glaring issues.

Absolutely loved the location right at the base of the Mua Caves! The breathtaking views and the outdoor shower added a unique touch to our stay. The best part? No entrance fee to the caves, which meant we could climb them whenever we wanted – perfect for catching those sunrise pics without the crowds! The room was comfortable and had a lovely atmosphere.

The rooms need serious renovations!!! Uncomfortable furniture, no soundproofing, shower pressure weak, and the pool was closed during the stay. Don't expect serenity with all the tourists passing through!!!

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for two nights, and it was a mixed bag. The room was spacious, super clean, and had a nice balcony for people-watching. The air conditioning worked great, but the shower only had hot water for a few minutes, which was a bummer. Plus, the noise from the water pump and tourists outside was a bit too much during busy hours. At least the room was comfortable enough to unwind after all the climbing!

It was just a balanced option for a brief hiatus in Ninh Binh with all in all brilliant value for money. Enjoyed the helpful staff who provided some local tips, which made exploring much easier. Avoid peak tourist hours to enjoy a quieter experience at the nearby caves.
